Taiwan Trip 2012-Hello Kitty Sweets Restaurant
My next destination was Hello Kitty Sweets Restaurant! The whole restaurant along with the delicacies are designed with Hello Kitty as the theme. I first saw the photos of this restaurant from a friend and decided to have a look.
To go to this restaurant you will have to take an MRT to Zhong Xiao Fu Xing (忠孝復興) station (blue line). You will arrive in the Sogo shopping mall. Then exit at the first floor (make up department) and try to ask around on how to get to the restaurant.
Before you enter the restaurant the supervisor will tell you that you have to spend a minimum 300NTD per person to dine in. And you are only allowed to be in the restaurant for about 45 minutes. It's a bit pricey but the experience was rather good. Though it should be noted that the food is very average and is only nice to see, nothing more.
Be sure to come early though! When I went around 11.30am there was no queue but at around 12-12.30pm the queue was quite long and the tables were already filled!

My friend and I ordered the dessert set which consists of a Hello Kitty shaped pudding, the dessert of choice and a drink. Not too over-priced actually.
